Bomb blasts in parts of K-P leave 8 injured

No injuries reported in a bomb attack on an election convoy of former MPA in Dera Ismail Khan.

PESHAWAR: Several bomb blasts took place in parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday, leaving eight people injured, Express News reported.

The injured are being treated at various hospitals.

Peshawar

A bomb blast near Sarki Gate, Peshawar injured two, including a woman.

The injured were taken to the Lady Reading Hospital for treatment, while police collected evidence from the blast site.

The blast reportedly took place outside a house.

DI Khan

No injuries were reported in a bomb attack on an election convoy of former MPA Israr Ullah in Dera Ismail Khan.

The former MPA was on his way to Rohri for an election campaign, when explosives - planted on the road – exploded.

Swat

A toy bomb explosion in Swat left six injured. The injured include three women and a seven-month old child.

The injured were shifted to the Madain Hospital, while the area's police station filed a report for the case.
