Additional district and sessions judge, district West, Zahida Sikandar, handed over the punishment to Abdul Salam and Javed after the prosecution established the murder through witnesses and other evidences. The judge also sentenced the men to 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs10,000. They were also asked to pay Rs100,000 each to the legal heirs of the deceased.
According to prosecution, the accused and their accomplices barged into a hotel in Saeedabad and started looting its customers on October 26, 2007. During the robbery, the two men shot Baloch Khan.
An FIR for the robbery and the murder was registered by the police against unidentified men but on October 30, 2007, the suspects were arrested in a separate case under the arms ordinance. The suspects also confessed to their involvement in the robbery and killing. Medical evidence and witnesses’ accounts also corroborated the charges. The judge convicted the men under section 265-H (2) and directed them to pay the fine under section 544/A of the Criminal Procedure Code.

If death sentences not implicated so why they give death sentence to any one??? Culprits should be award death. Its a Law of Almighty to harness peace.
