Shagufta Bibi of Chak 86 North had locked herself and her two children Kinza, 2, and Faizan, 1, in a room and set self and her children on fire after dowsing their clothes with kerosene oil. Neighbours broke the door to rescue the three, but they had been burnt badly.
Faizan died on the spot. Shagufta and Kinza were taken to the district headquarters hospital where they also died.

Unfortunately these types of tragedies happen all over the world. In Canada and the US there have been several instances of upset mothers drowning their children the last year. People need to seek psychiatric help before they break down like this.
