Unannounced : K-P governor visits Jalazoi Camp

Khan assured the Tirah IDPs he will take necessary steps to make their desire a reality.

PESHAWAR: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shaukatullah Khan paid a surprise visit to the Jalozai Camp for the internally displaced persons (IDPs) on Thursday. He spoke to the IDPs about their grievances. During his meeting with the displaced from Tirah in Khyber Agency, the governor directed officials of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas Disaster Management Authority to arrange their registration at the camp and also provide them with tents and food as soon as possible. Responding to a request pertaining to their right of verdict, Khan assured the Tirah IDPs he would give their needs due consideration and take necessary steps to make their desire a reality.
