Property Purchase: ‘Buyers must verify status of plots’

The staff of LDA has been posted to respond to queries and verify the particulars of plots.

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has advised potential buyers to verify the legal status of plots in private housing schemes before entering into any deal. LDA has also established a special counter (No 22) at the One Window Cell of its Johar Town office. The staff of the Metropolitan Planning Wing of the LDA has been posted to respond to queries and verify the particulars of plots. The LDA has also uploaded details of lay-out plans of all the approved housing schemes on its website www.lda.gop.pk.
