Fashion Pakistan Week: High fashion returns to the ramp

Some heavy weights including Deepak Perwani, Sania Maskatiya and Sana Safinaz put out some quality in a packed hall.

Fashion Pakistan Week (FPW) returns for a fifth time in Karachi.

While day one was a series of hits and misses, the second and final day brought high fashion on to the ramp.

It featured some of the heavy weights including Deepak Perwani, Sania Maskatiya, Rizwanullah and Sana Safinaz, and they did not disappoint.

There was also recognition for Maheen Khan with the Diamond Designer Award and for Emraan Rajput with the Emerging Designer Award.

Day one of the fashion event featured the likes of Emran Rajput, Maheen Khan, Baani D and Aamna Aqeel.

Three designers also made their FPW debut including Ahsan Nazir, Faiza Saqlain and Zari Faisal.

@Temur: They probably dont need a new camera, just learn how to use the one they have. Even entry level dslrs are good enough and can take better pics than the ones posted here. ISO is not the issue here, its shutter speed and aperture settings. a faster shutter speed balanced by aperture and they will get much much better pictures. They could also do with a VR sort of lens since that stuff is worth its weight in gold!

Change your camera man or change his camera. Buy him a new DSLR which can take noiseless photos at high ISO. I recommend new Nikon D600 and 70-200 f2.8 lense, a good combination for this kind of photography. With this kit he will be able to take photos with high shutter speed in this kind of dim light, high shutter speed freezes the movement of the subject.
