Kidnapping charge: Sardar Rind’s bail cancelled

QUETTA: Arrest order was issued for Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal of Balochistan High Court for Rind’s alleged involvement in kidnapping for ransom.

Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind, the lone opposition member in the now dissolved Balochistan Assembly, has been accused of kidnapping a number of people in his own area, resulting in relatives of the abducted persons filing a petition against him.

Meanwhile, Sardar Rind had acquired an interim bail from the court which was rejected following which the court issued order to arrest him. The court has adjourned the case until April 24.
