Capital Punishment: Pakistani hanged in Kuwait
Parvez Ghulam from Pakistan was convicted of killing a Kuwaiti couple.
KUWAIT CITY:
A Pakistani, a Saudi and a stateless Arab were hanged on Monday in a central jail in front of security officials, the ministry of justice said.
Parvez Ghulam from Pakistan was convicted of killing a Kuwaiti couple.
The stateless Arab, Dhaher al-Oteibi, was hanged for shooting and killing his wife and five children after claiming he was a long-awaited imam .
