Crime: Three vehicles, cash snatched

RAWALPINDI: Four people were deprived of their vehicles, cash, mobile phone and other valuables by robbers in separate incidents in Sadiqabad area of Rawalpindi on Saturday.

Muhammad Basharat lodged a report with the police that armed men snatched his vehicle. Three armed robbers snatched Rs10,000, mobile credit cards, two bank cheques worth Rs125,000 and other valuables from Muhammad Khurram Shakeel in Chandni Chowk and fled.

Hassan Ali reported to the same police that his car (RZ-523) has been lifted. Auto thieves have stolen Iftikhar’s motorcycle from the same area. Cases have been registered but no arrests or recoveries have been made yet.
