KARACHI: Karachi Transport Action Committee (KTAC) president Mohammad Ashraf Banglori has expressed concern over the raise in traffic fines and asked the caretaker government to revoke the decision.

He said that the raise would increase corruption. Traffic problems of Karachi largely stem from the traffic police’s mismanagement, therefore, it would be a better idea to reform the traffic police instead, he added.
