ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Prime Minister Justice (retd) Mir Hazar Khan Khoso said on Wednesday that the holding of peaceful and fair elections was the foremost priority of the government and that all possible assistance would be extended to the Election Commission of Pakistan to ensure it.

Balochistan Governor Nawab Zulifqar Magsi called on the prime minister at the Prime Minister’s House and congratulated him on his assumption of the office.

During the meeting, the overall political situation in the country, particularly in Balochistan, came under discussion, according to a PM House press release.

The caretaker directed the governor to ensure maintenance of law and order in Balochistan.

Caretaker Chief Minister of Balochistan Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Barozai said Tuesday that discriminatory or concessionary attitude would not be adopted towards any candidate in the elections.

“Equal opportunities of participation would be provided to all the candidates in elections along with the all possible efforts to ensure the right to vote to every citizen.”

He has time fixation and out of sync with reality and ground realities. He is clueless about terrorism, the afghan war fallout, the international gaming and law and order. Not his fault any way.
