Forecast: Rain predicted in northern areas
The weather of Abbottabad, Swat, Malakand, Peshawar and Kohat districts will remain cloudy with chances of rain.

PESHAWAR:
The Met Office here on Wednesday forecasted isolated rain and thunderstorm in Malakand, Hazara, Kohat, Peshawar and Bannu divisions during next 24 hours. According to the forecast report, a shallow trough of westerly wave was prevailing over northern parts of the country, that was likely to cause isolated rain in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Malakand, Hazara, Kohat, Bannu, Peshawar divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B). Meanwhile, dry weather is expected in other parts of the country. The weather of Abbottabad, Swat, Malakand, Peshawar and Kohat districts will remain cloudy with chances of rain. Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, however, light rain is expected at a few places of Kashmir and G-B in next 48 hours.
