Baseball: University of Lahore crowned champs

University of Lahore defeated the Punjab University 12-3 in a one-sided game.

BAHAWALPUR: University of Lahore clinched the Inter-University Women’s Baseball Championship 2013 by defeating Punjab University 12-3 in a one-sided game. Sargodha University finished third after beating Sindh University, Jamshoro. The three-day event concluded yesterday at the Islamia University, Bahawalpur. Earlier in the semi-finals, University of Lahore defeated Sindh University, while Punjab University downed Sargodha University. Hosts Islamia University finished last.
