Lady Gaga is not letting her hip injury cramp her style! A photo surfaced online of the pop-star sitting in a custom made 24-carat gold wheelchair with a canopy.
The New York native is recovering after undergoing hip surgery last month to repair her right hip. The one of a kind wheelchair was made by New York jewellery maker Ken Borochov for Mordekai. Gaga’s bum hip has forced her to cancel some two dozen concerts in the United States as part of her Born This Way Ball tour.
After surgery, the singer thanked fans in a blog post and said the setback was “just a bump in the road.” No timetable has been set for Lady Gaga to return to the stage, but her tour operator said she would need “strict downtime.” Lady Gaga has been on the road for two years, performing concerts on six continents.
