Happier workplace: Law to improve emloyee and worker relationships

The Sindh Assembly also passed on Friday a bill to regulate the formation of trade unions as well as the relations between the employees and organisations.

It states that workers will have the right to establish and join trade unions without asking for permission from employers first. Under this law, the government would set up many labour courts to settle any disputes between workers and organisations which have employed them.
