Crime: Cash, valuables robbed from house
A man was booked for allegedly stealing cash and jewellery from his employer’s house.
Cash and valuables were robbed from a house in the Airport Housing Society on Tuesday night.
Javed Akhtar lodged a complaint with the Airport police that armed robbers broke into his house through rooftop and held his family hostage.
They locked them in a room and looted Rs25,000, jewellery, two cell phones and other valuables. Meanwhile, a man was booked for allegedly stealing cash and jewellery from his employer’s house.
Zeeshan Rizwan lodged a complaint with the police that his employee, Pervez Ashraf has stolen Rs4,000, jewellery worth Rs100,000 and valuables from his house.
