QUETTA: Acting President of Balochistan National Party (Mengal) Dr Jahanzaid Jamaldini said on Monday that the government had not taken nationalist parties into confidence before signing the Pak-Iran gas pipeline and handing over Gwader port to China.

The BNP-M president said that his party opposes both the deals. Addressing a news conference, Jamaladini said that party leader Akhtar Jan Mengal would be in Pakistan in the next 10 days.

He was of the view that the ruling elite were orchestrating conspiracies against the Baloch through a well-thought out plan.
