@kaalchakra: The peaceful act of closing schools in response to majoritarian mob violence is 'fanatical', 'extreme' and 'bigoted'?
I have a feeling those terms apply more to you.
While Christians have a right to do whatever they please, this seems to be a very ill-considered move. So many worse things happen in India but Christians never take this extreme step there. One cannot solve problems by taking fanatical, bigoted steps that hurt the nation.
Arresting people will not work.
Changing blasphemy laws will not work either.
Take religion with less hyper-sensitivity.
Just leave the punishment for blasphemy to Almighty God.
What is blasphemy is not for ordinary mortals to decide in a fit of anger.
What's the point? None of the crazies who perpetrated this would have set foot inside a convent school.
