Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took suo motu notice of an Express Tribune story regarding the LNG import the hearing of which will take place today (Monday).
The chief justice served notices to the ministry of petroleum, finance, secretaries of economic affairs, and the chairman of the Sui Southern Gas Company.
