Matriculation candidates: Academy owner flees with fees

The DCO has asked the education board to issue roll numbers to the students so that they can take their exams.

GUJRANWALA: A dozen matriculation candidates complained on Monday the man who collected registration forms and fees for them had gone missing. The 12 female students of a private institute, Bright Academy, Wazirabad, and their parents met District Coordination Officer Najam Ahmed Shah on Monday. They said that they had submitted their applications and fees to Imran. They said they were not issued roll number slips, and when they went looking for Imran, they could not find him. The district coordination officer has asked the education board to issue roll numbers to the students so that they can take their exams. DCO Shah also directed the police to lodge an FIR against Imran.
