Targeted operation: Two ‘militants’ killed in Qila Abdullah

Sources say that FC personnel carried out the operation near Gulistan Karez.

QUETTA: Two suspected militants were killed and five others were arrested by the Frontier Corps (FC) in a targeted operation in Qila Abdullah on the Pak-Afghan border. Sources said that FC personnel carried out the operation near Gulistan Karez and killed two alleged militants accused after a brief exchange of fire and arrested five others. “Security personnel seized rocket launchers, hand grenades, Kalashnikovs and explosives from them,” sources added. A case has been registered against the accused.
