Crossing the border: Two killed in NATO vehicle attack

An official of the Levies says that two militants travelling on a motorbike opened fire at two vehicles.

LANDI KOTAL: Two drivers were killed, while a man carrying goods for Nato troops stationed in Afghanistan was injured when unknown militants opened fire at vehicles in the Landikotal tehsil of Khyber Agency on Monday. Swalzar Khan, an official of the Levies, said that two militants travelling on a motorbike opened fire at two vehicles loaded with jeeps for Nato troops in Afghanistan killing two drivers and injuring their helper. The official added that the drivers were killed on the spot, while the injured, a resident of Jamrud, was rushed to the Agency Headquarters Hospital in critical condition by a Khasadar operative.
