Learning avenues: Flying club inaugurated in Faisalabad

Addressing the ceremony, the divisional commissioner said that Faisalabad was witnessing modern changes in its culture

FAISALABAD: A flying academy was opened at the Faisalabad International Airport under the aegis of Air Academy Pakistan (AAP) this week. Divisional Commissioner Syed Tahir Hussain inaugurated the academy. Regional Police Officer Aftab Ahmad Cheema, Local Government Director Asif Chaudhary, Director (Development) Sheikh Shaukat, Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Mehr Shafqatullah Mushtaq, Director of Public Schools Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf, staff of the airport management and AAP representatives were also present. Addressing the ceremony, the divisional commissioner said that Faisalabad was witnessing modern changes in its culture. He said that various development projects had been initiated throughout the district. He said that the government had set industrial and trade development in Faisalabad as its priorities.
