Balochistan Unrest: Teachers, student go missing in Khuzdar

Chaos in Balochistan prevails with kidnapping and killings.

QUETTA: Two teachers and a student went missing from Khuzdar on Tuesday while a man was killed and another injured in Turbat.

According to the sources in Turbat, two men were headed to the local bazaar when armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire on them.

As a result, one was killed and another sustained injuries. The deceased was identified as Imam Baksh and the injured as Abdul Waheed. Both are residents of Larkana.

In Khuzdar, at least three people, including two teachers and a student from Uthal University, went missing on Tuesday.

According to official sources at the City Police Station Khuzdar, two teachers from the Workers Welfare Board School Khuzdar and a student of Uthal University were on their way to school.

Their vehicle was recovered in the Jalwan Complex area of Khuzdar. The missing were identified as teachers Jameel Ahmed and Liaqut Ali and student as Saeed Shahmir.
