On Site: 23 shops to be auctioned on Feb 14

LAHORE:

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has established a site office at Cricket Stadium, Sabzazar and deputed two officers to  provide information regarding the auction of 23 shops to be held on February 14 at 10 am at the LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town. Each shop measures 180 square feet.

The parties shall have to deposit earnest money for each shop they are interesting in bidding for. The earnest money may be paid either in cash or a pay order made out to the LDA Director General, before the commencement of auction, at the National Bank of Pakistan booth established there. The earnest money shall be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders.
