Terrorist activities: K-P to compensate heirs of victims

K-P government releases Rs10m to compensate families of all those killed in terrorist activities in Malakand.

PESHAWAR: The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government has released a sum of Rs10 million to compensate the families of all those killed in terrorist activities in Malakand division.

A notification issued on Saturday from the K-P home and tribal affairs department said the announced compensation was only for legal heirs of those killed in bomb blasts and other terrorist activities in the division.

It also stated Rs0.1 million will be provided to families of those who died in instances of electricity short circuits.
