FAISALABAD: An emergency centre to deal exclusively with road accident victims and epidemics would be set up at Allied Hospital by the end of January, Dr Ali Naqi said on Sunday.

He said every day some 50 road accident victims each were brought to Allied Hospital and DHQ hospital in addition to  some 1,700 other patients. The hospital emergency wards were not enough for the number of patients, he said.
