Logistics Vision: PSO, stakeholders discuss best industry practices

PSO CEO requested transporters to be open to change as this shall be mutually beneficial for the company and its stakeholders.

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) held a meeting to take onboard all stakeholders, who facilitate transportation of petroleum products on the new logistics vision and roadmap to address future challenges, said a press release.


The purpose of the meeting was to move towards standardisation of tank lorries in compliance with the best industry practices for safe and secure transportation of petroleum products nationwide.

Speaking at the occasion, PSO’s chief executive appreciated the efforts of the logistics team and the transporters and highlighted the need for continuous support from the business partners to ensure uninterrupted fuel supplies nationwide.

He requested the transporters to be open to change as this shall be mutually beneficial for the company and its stakeholders.
