The new website of the University of Peshawar (UoP) was launched on Wednesday at a ceremony chaired by UoP Vice Chancellor Professor Qibla Ayaz and attended by department heads.
UoP Information Technology Department in-charge Raja Inayatullah said the resumes of faculty members, examination schedules, results, recruitment forms and other relevant material would be available online.
Security measures
Close circuit (CCTV) cameras will be installed at designated places within sections and academic units of the UoP. Contact numbers of the newly established central control room were also given out with directions to report any suspicious activity.
A quick response team has been formed to maintain order in hostels and would work under the provost office. Hostels will be closed at 11pm sharp.
