Representation: Chandio talks of people power

PPP is fully committed to conduct elections on time: Federal Minister for Political Affairs

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Political Affairs, Moulabaksh Chandio Sunday said that only people have the right to give power to their representatives through votes. Talking to a television channel he said that democracy is considered the best system to serve people for solution of their problems. He said that all the political parties, including PPP wanted free, fair and transparent elections and all out efforts would be made in this regard. He said PPP was fully committed to conduct elections on time. He said that chief election commissioner was appointed with consensus of the all political parties to conduct free, fair and transparent elections.
