Cleanliness: WASA sets up X-mas complaint centre

Water and Sanitation Agency has established a complaint centre to handle water and sewerage complaints on Christmas.

FAISALABAD: The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) has established a complaint centre to handle water and sewerage complaints on the Christmas. According to a statement issued here on Saturday, WASA Director (Operations) Ghulam Ali has been appointed focal person for the complaint centre which could be contacted through toll-free number 1334. The deputy directors concerned would be responsible to remove complaints in their respective areas on December 24 and 25. Drainage Deputy Director Shabbir Husain Dogar will monitor disposal stations and other machinery, whereas Water Director Parvaiz Iqbal has been directed to ensure water supply to Christian colonies. Drainage Director Noor Mohammad has been directed to look after the drains.
