International conference: Papers on topics in technology presented
Conference aimed to provide an opportunity to researchers to present latest development in their topics of interest.
A number of national and international speakers presented papers at the 15th International Multi Topic Conference that concluded here on Friday, said a press release. The two-day conference aimed to provide an opportunity to researchers to present the latest development in their topics of interest.
Papers in software engineering, computer engineering, information security, biomedical technology, high performance computing and cloud computing were presented. The conference was organised by Riphah International University in collaboration with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Wahajus Siraj, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Micronet Broadband and the chief guest at the concluding ceremony, said the event provided opportunity for national and international researchers to present their valuable papers, giving future directions on multiple topics including information security, bio-medical technology and high performance computing. Ufone CEO Abdul Hannan bin Abdullah, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals from Saudi Arabia faculty member Dr Mahmood Niazi, Systems and Software Quality Institute Australia Director Angela Tuffley, Blekinge Institute of Technology Sweden faculty member Professor Emilia Mendes were the keynote speakers at the conference.
