FAISALABAD: A family court handed over two children to their mother on Friday after recovering them from their father. The petition was filed by Rashida Parveen, a resident of Chak 242-RB, Dasoha, who said that her husband, Muhammad Qasim, had thrown her out of their house and kept the children, Sheharyar, 4, and Amina, 3, with him. She said she asked him to handover the children to her, but had refused. At an earlier proceeding, Judge Muhammad Akram Sheikh had told a bailiff to recover the children and produce them in the court. On Friday, the children were produced in the court and handed over to the mother.
