Squash: Pallikal 1st Indian in top-10

Pallikal is trained by six-time world champion Sarah Fitzgerald of Australia.

Squash ace Dipika Pallikal jumped three places to become the first Indian to break into the top 10 of the world rankings, according to The Hindustan Times. She was confirmed as the new number 10 by the Women’s International Squash Players Association and she was also the first Indian woman to break into the top 20 of the World Squash Association rankings. Pallikal is trained by six-time world champion Sarah Fitzgerald of Australia who has helped her with her accomplishments, and now her next goal is to break into the top five.
