Recreation: Sports and fun galore

“Healthy activities and entertainment are essential for the development of the youth,” says Naeem.

With the aim to spread awareness on the importance of extracurricular and sports activities, Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) sponsored the sports day of Kainat Public School on Tuesday.  The event witnessed energetic students showcasing their skills and talent through cricket and football matches, skits, quizzes and art competition.  Students and teachers also visited PTCL’s stall to find out about latest deals and packages. “Healthy activities and entertainment are essential for the development of the youth,” said PTCL Executive Vice President (Business Zone North) Abdul Sattar Naeem. PTCL believes it is the company’s corporate responsibility to support such activities and engage the youth so they can make the most out of their potential, he added.
