Shabash Pakistan rekindles patriotism



The second session of the Shabash Pakistan event saw an overwhelming number of students turn up to enlighten the spirit of patriotism embedded in them.


National University of Science and Technology (Nust) Bazm-e-Pakistan in collaboration with School of Leadership organised the exciting episode at the university’s main campus, according to a press release issued by Nust.

The session focused on the revolutionary concept of “Leadership is Action, not Position” and had Student Affairs Director Mahmud Bashir Bajwa as the guest of honour.

 

over three months, with each to be held in four universities, namely NUST, Baharia University, COMSATS University and Air University.

The session started with the thought-provoking talk of Umair Jaliawala, Trainer at School of Leadership. He asked students how they experienced change at a personal level since the programme kicked off in October. Giving examples from the past, he also talked at length about the importance of practicality with a positive approach.

During the second half, School of Leadership Director Kamran Rizvi encouraged participants to exploit their potential at individual level and bring about positive change in society through actions directed towards nation building.
