The ECP also postponed the by-elections in Sindh and Punjab till December 4.
The elections were postponed due to Muharram after a plea was filed in this regard.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Fakhruddin G Ebrahim was presiding the meeting of the commission where the dates were set and the request for an extension was approved.
Additional Secretary Election Commission Afzal Khan said that the members of the parliament had gone for Hajj and that is why the deadline was pushed further.
Those members who have not submitted attested affidavits were issued directives again and will be written letters to as well.
