Two women were on Thursday paraded naked in Solangeen Awan village.
Police said Aneeqa Ashraf, 25, daughter of Nusrat Bibi of Jalalpur Bhattian, was kidnapped by Adeel, Nadeem and Akram in October. Jalalpur Bhattian police had registered a kidnap case in this regard on November 6. They said the suspects threatened Nusrat Bibi with dire consequences. On Thursday, Nusrat Bibi and her mother Maqbool Bibi were visiting Solangeen Awan when Adeel, Nadeem, Akram, Imdad, Arshad, Sumera and Fehmida beat them, tore their clothes and paraded them naked. Nusrat Bibi has appealed to the chief minister to order her daughter’s recovery and action against the kidnappers.
