The Pakistan-Dutch duo playing against Indian Leander Paes and Czech Radek Sepanek, fought two hard sets before going down 6-4, 7-5.
Aisam and Rojer seemed to be out matched by their opponents who won 44 of their 60 service points and 20 of their 58 return points in a match that lasted over 93 minutes.
In the group B doubles match of the day Dane Frederik Nielsen and English Jonathan Marray beat Indian duo of Mahesh Bhupatti and Rohan Bopanna 6-4, 6-7 (1), 12-10.
You can watch a slideshow of pictures from Aisam's match here.
Bhupatti and Bopanna, who came fresh off winning the Paris Masters doubles final against the duo of Aisam and Rojer over the weekend, pushed their opponents to the brink. Having lost the first set, they came back strong for the second but did not have enough to tip the game in their favour in the third and final set.
