Road mishap: 3 dead in wedding bus accident

KHURARIANWALA: Three people died on Friday and 31 were injured after a bus that had been rented for a wedding overturned on the Khurarianwala-Sheikhupura Road. The bus had been on its way to Faisalabad from Lahore. Passengers told police that the driver had lost control of the speeding bus after he swerved to avoid hitting a motorcyclist. The bus rolled over several times and hit a wall. The bus driver, identified as Mohammad Ashraf of Hajveri Town Faisalabad, died at the spot. A four year old girl from Lahore succumbed to her injuries on the way to hospital. Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to the Faisalabad DHQ Hospital.
