Aisam and Rojer, who sealed their slot into the semifinals on November 1, grabbed a 6-0, 4-6, 9-11 victory in a match lasting one hour and 23 minutes.
They lost the first set of the match, but came back to grab the win.
The duo will face the winner of the other semi-final involving Paul Hanley, Jonathan Marray and Mahesh Bhupatti, Rohan Bopanna. Aisam and Bopanna have previously remained partners before the latter left in favour of playing with fellow compatriot.
Aisam-Rojer now have a 31-21 match record this season, highlighted by two ATP World Tour titles.
The Pakistani and Dutch duo had already sealed their place in ATP World Tour Finals last Thursday.
Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly mentioned that Aisam-Rojer will face Bhupatti-Bopanna in the finals. The Indian duo had not played their semi-final match at that time. The error is regretted.
