Acclaimed Pakistani singer, actor and artist Ali Zafar is now working on his fourth music album after producing three mega hit albums Huqa Pani, Masty and Jhoom. Coincidently, his fourth movie Chashme Baddoor is also set to release February 22, 2013.
Ali has given his fans much to look forward to this coming year, the year of ‘four’ for him.
His fans, who have been waiting for the star’s new music album, will be pleased to know that he is working on his fourth compilation of heart rendering melodies.
When asked what fans should expect from this compilation, Ali replied “Right now, I am just in the process of unlearning and breaking away from the norm, I am rediscovering and experimenting.”
After releasing two hit pop albums, and experimenting with Sufi music in his third album titled Jhoom, which topped the charts in both Pakistan and India for several weeks. Jhoom also won the best album award at Pakistani fashion and entertainment industry’s Oscars, LSA, this year.
Recently, Ali gave an electrifying performance at the Punjab Youth Festival 2012 in Lahore in front of a crowd of 70, 000 people. With renditions of some of his most popular hits, he soon got the crowd on their feet in sync with his music.
The event also saw Pakistan’s attempt at entering the Guinness World Records for the largest human flag formation by 70,000 people, and the largest gathering of people singing the national anthem simultaneously.
