Cricket star Shahid Afridi will leave for Saudi Arabia Sunday evening to perform Hajj, after he's through playing the match between Pakistan All Star XI and International World XI, Express News reported.
Afridi, who is captaining Pakistan team in the first Twenty20 fixture between the International World XI and Pakistan All Stars XI, will leave for Hajj along with former cricketers Inzamamul Haq and Saeed Anwar.
Express News reported it was likely that the captaincy responsibility will be handled by Younus Khan.
During Saturday's match, Pakistan All Stars XI claimed an 84-run win, after a fiery bowling spell from Tabish Khan and half-centuries from Shahzaib Hasan and Umar Akmal.
The opening of the two back-to-back matches proved to be a huge success, as 34,000 spectators packed the stadium to soak up the return of international cricket to the country for the first time since 2009, when terrorists attacked the Sri Lankan team in Lahore.
