Now Sindh Assembly is also the only democratic provincial assembly to pass an LG ordinance. Zia-ul-Haq's divided Sindh between Karachi Metropolitan Corporation and rest of Sindh, now PPP and MQM have rubbished this divide and introduced more Metropolitan Corporations to develop more urban centers. They've ended the corrupt bureaucratic rule and have given the chance to actual representatives of the public to solve local problems. Bravo!
