Zardari was speaking to Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani who had called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday.
The Chief Minister apprised the President about overall situation of Balochistan, especially the law and order and progress of developmental projects in the province aimed at raising the standards of living of the people and generate socio-economic opportunities for them.
The President reiterated the commitment of the government to accord priority to addressing the issues of the province and to continue striving for the socio-economic development of the people of Balochistan.

Mr. President, you have been defamed a lot in the past. I don't know whether the charges against you are true or not but what I know is that by bestowing you with Pakistan's presidency, GOD has given you a good opportunity to correct your past mistakes by doing something good. Do something to preserve the Pakistani federation so that people of Pakistan may recognize you in future as a legendary head-of-state!!!
These people do not have any idea about the problems of the people. It's unfortunate that this person is our president.
Well your govt. has put the country back on track and now I hope that you manage to solve Balochistan issue quite soon coz of your diplomatic skills.
