ISLAMABAD: Degrees and certificates of all Capital Development Authority (CDA) will be verified as part of a new policy to be implemented in the next 14 days, officials said on Wednesday. The new human resources policy is being constituted on the orders of the new CDA chief, Syed Tahir Shahbaz. “A committee headed by Member Administration has been assigned the task to formulate a new HR policy that will set the criteria for recruitments as well as transfer,” a senior CDA official told APP. The official added that the number of CDA employees has increased manifold but the authority lacks a training system for them. The draft will be presented before a CDA board meeting in two weeks.
