According to details, the decision was apparently taken in a high level meeting with Britain’s home secretary Theresa May who decided that Bilour’s presence in the UK would not be “conducive to the public good.”
Bilour, who has been reportedly informed of Britain’s decision, though can take comfort in the fact that his nemesis, the anti-Islam filmmaker, has also been banned from entering the UK. Both have been declared “undesirable” as their presence in Britain could harm race relations and pose threats to Britain’s national interests.
Days after violent protests broke out across the Muslim world over the anti-Islam film "Innocence of Muslims", the Railways minister addressed a press conference in his native city of Peshawar and announced a $100,000 reward for anyone who murdered the offensive film's producer. Bilour had urged the rich people of the world to donate so that any prospecting killer could be "loaded with dollars and gold."

serves hims right ! look at our leadership . issuing bounties is no way a sensible leadership approach .
This news report seems to be circulating mostly in Pakistani media and has not appeared in any of the mainstream international media including The daily telegraph. The newspaper had reported on 24 September 2012 that some conservative MPs wanted to prevent Mr Bilour's entry into Britain.
Apparently he is a regular visitor to London and spends fair amount of time in his family owned properties there particularly in summer to escape the heat in Pakistan.
@Nadir: To get dollars or pounds i believe.
@Rameez: I think ANP was right not to take any action against him; it would only have served to make him a hero.
@Ch. Allah Daad: You wish. Btw, did not the Punjabi Taliban incubate under your favourite NS's nose in Punjab? Or is Punjab limited to Lahore only?
Pity...they should have let him visit and once Bilor had landed in UK, he could have been arrested. As it is, his putting up a bounty on a US citizen makes him a criminal at best worst, a terrorist and that should get him extradited from UK to US and on to Guantanamo, all expenses paid. Bilor would look particularly fetching in orange jumpsuit and shackles. And Bilor has more crimes against his name than most of the sods incarcerated their. At least the Pakistani people would be rid of this criminal.
@LionOfpunjab
What about "Sharif Brothers", UK authority should ban their entry too.
UK should take action on Lord Nazir also. UK & USA and all European countries should bar IK and leaders of all Pakistani religious parties from entering also. At one time USA was denying visas to anyone who was a member of or associated with any Communist party.
Is it first drop of rain? Next, Taliban Khan could be barred on supporting terrorism.
good! other nations should follow suit
Dear UK officials, Please ban entry of Taliban khan to your country too! Deport generail musharaff..so he can be tried for crimes committed against this unfortunate land and its awaam.
good news.
Well that's ruined his retirement plans. I can almost see the ghost of Pakistan Railways (now dead) haunting him in his UK property.
Shame on ANP.
UK government should seized his property and accounts. He is threat not UK national security but to whole humanity. His name should be put on Al-Qaidia most wanted list.
@Nadir: I think many Muslims abuse the western countries but hold a secret wish to go and live there. Every year thousands of Muslims flee their tyrannical countries to come to Australia. In the same way many Pakistani Muslims also want to live in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. This man Bilour is them. It was good that such hatemongers are banned from entering UK.
The land which produced Malala also produced this shameless cowardly one too.
deserves you right . I am still surprised how comes he has not been sacked from his position.
@Nadir
Because he maintains property (flat) in London - bought by money stolen from Pakistan. He is a coward anyway, putting up the bounty to get out of TTP hitlist. contrast him with Malala.
He should be jailed in Pakistan for destroying the railways.
Why would the brave Minister need to go to former colonial master anyways!
Ban the entry of this thing from the capital of every country on the planet.
