Dept corruption: Assistant revenue officer arrested

The allegations were proved during investigations.

FAISALABAD: The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has arrested an Irrigation Department assistant revenue officer on charges of corruption and sent him to jail. Faiz Mohiyuddin, a resident of Chak 64-RB, Jaranwala, alleged in a complaint filed with the Anti-Corruption Establishment that Assitant Revenue Officer Riaz Ahmad had tampered with official record. The allegations were proved during investigations. Anti-Corruption Establishment Assistant Director Masood Nizami arrested Riaz.
