Networking: Delegation leaves for Mauritius for conference

ISLAMABAD:


A 10 member trade delegation of leading industrialists and exporters based in Sialkot and Gujrat have left Sialkot on Monday to attend an international “Light Engineering Conference” scheduled to be held on Tuesday in Port Louis, Mauritius.


According to delegation coordinator Abdul Shakur Mirza, Qaisar Shabir Saleem (former president of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry) will lead the group, while Mirza Imtiaz Ahmed (former president of the Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry) will be the deputy group leader.

During the conference, businessmen will brief delegates on socio-economic and developmental activities in the export triangle comprising the districts, besides seeking opportunities to set up joint ventures with other delegates from various countries in different fields.
