The court has ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to investigate Rs1.2 million, the Chak Shehzad farm house, plots in Gwadar and other assets on the petition turned in by the spouse of former president general (retd) Pervez Musharaf against the decision that declares the confiscation of Musharaf’s property in Benazir’s assassination case.
Today, the FIA informed the court that the contract Sehba offered on transferring Musharaf’s property and account to her name seems to be on forged stamp paper, which should also be come under the inquiry.
The court adjourned the hearing till October 20.
